Account deletion

if you want your DAGI account and associated personal data deleted, email privacy@dagi.nz from the address you used to sign up. Include “Account deletion” in the subject and the farm name if you know it. You do not need the app installed.

If you still have the app: Account tab → Delete account (also on the subscription lockout screen).

We delete your login. Farm records are de-identified and retained as described in our Privacy Policy. Billing records in Xero are kept for the period required by tax law (typically 7 years).
